Job Title: Floor Manager
Location: Randburg
A leading garment manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Floor Manager with strong experience in/with managing a team of seamstresses and the operation of line machines to join their team in Randburg . This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated production professional to drive volume and efficiency by managing a team of approximately 20 employees . Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 20 seamstresses.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of line machines.
- Push for increased production volumes.
- Ensure team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience managing a team in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with team leadership.
- The ability to speak Afrikaans is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Strong focus on achieving production targets.
