How you'll role
This is a full-time permanent role for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) [Mid-market & Enterprise] at JOBJACK, located in Belville with some remote work flexibility. The SDR will join our Head of Sales to forge a Sales team of two.
What you'll do
- Source qualified leads
- Conduct exploratory calls with leads
- Book demo's
- Assist with proposal development and distribution
- Market research to stay ahead of industry developments
- Long-term growth goals of this position would be to conduct demo's independently

- Cold Calling: 1 to 2 years
- B2b Sales: 1 to 2 years

- Sales Methodologies: 1 to 2 years
- Minimum 18 months experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment
- Proven progressive success in B2B sales
- CRM software proficient
- Expert in sales methodologies
- Ability to effectively deliver/convey value propositions
- Leverage data-driven insights to maximise conversion rates
- Build rapport with prospects
