Our client, a reputable motor dealership based in George, is looking to appoint an experienced Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a high-paced dealership environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership (essential)
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented
Must be computer literate and able to work with dealership software
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple bookings daily
Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess service needs
Open job cards and accurately record customer concerns
Schedule bookings and liaise with the workshop team
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicles
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate
Finalize invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records and adhere to internal service protocols
