- Matric / Grade 12 certificate (compulsory)
- 1–2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the insurance/financial industry
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
-1–2 years of experience as a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong sales closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work within a structured target-driven call centre environment
