Temp Accounts Payable Admin - Belville (CPT)

Please note that this is a contract position!

What You’ll Do:
As an Accounts Payable Admin, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely vendor payments. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing and executing payment runs (EFT, wire transfers, checks) Managing vendor accounts and maintaining up-to-date contact records Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding billing issues Assisting with month-end closing and reporting tasks Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role (2+ years preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Solid Excel skills and comfort with digital tools Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment Knowledge of basic accounting principles Matric Diploma or equivalent qualification in finance field. 3 years’ experience working in Accounts Payable SAP B1 system
