Purpose of the Position
- To ensure the successful transfer of all Share Block transfers
Key Performance Areas
- Prepare and Expedite transfer of local Share Block transfers
- Take ownership of queries to ensure the timeous and accurate transfers
- Liaising with other Departments.

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Conveyancing
- Strong Administration skills
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- MS Office and Electronic Mail
- Experience in hospitality and or with attorneys would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and administrative skills (verbal and written)
