Requirements:
Minimum 5 years administrative experience (preferably in a workshop or technical environment)
Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
Valid driver’s license – essential for errands and workshop coordination
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Managing workshop documentation and job cards
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintaining records and databases
