We a Cape Town and Eastern Cape based security company and service the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
We are looking for new colleagues and a partner in Cape Town specifically.We are seeking to add people to our team with dual responsibilities being guarding management, brokerage and assisting the sales team with generating new business.
We are extending an opportunity for those who are currently employed in the security industry as a guard, supervisor or any title who feel they lack the resources to form their own company, feel exploited, undervalued or simply with a company where there is no opportunity to climb the ladder.
The ideal person is someone with a security background, who has potential clients and sites he can take over (long term and indefinitely). Or simply someone influential who has relationships with those who make buying decisions and can influence a deal.
I can provide you with all the staff you need, re-register your colleagues under us if the client wants the same guards to stay, provide uniforms, accessories, peripherals and manage all red tape. Someone who has a very close relationship with management of the sites that they’re stationed at with his fellow team and is looking to break away from his employer and carry on servicing them under a new company and provide better rates and other key factors and gain more independence is who we have the most to offer.
As per the above-mentioned, the ideal person can simply be someone influential who has relationships with those who make buying decisions and can influence a deal. We have all the resources you need in terms of staff and so forth. And the position is by no means restricted to certain working hours or from an office or site.
There are endless roles, and we will need to decipher what is most applicable. You need to come with a client base wanting to switch over you.
Our sites are linked to ADT armed response. We have public liability insurance in place and can offer SLA’s.
We a Level 1 BEE contributor. PSIRA No. 2070 371. Our guards are fully graded.
To put this very simply, if you have the contacts, expertise and loyal clients (existing) and are enthusiastic about giving a better service with your own guards and can secure new contracts and sites with the help of us then we are open to hear and help implement your ideas.
There needs to be clients currently serviced by another provider, who are loyal to you and would switch over to you.
With regards to remuneration, we will pay a salary as a supervisor /guard and X amount per guard for all your sites.
Example: R 10 000 per month basic and R 12 000 (R 1200 each) for ten guards per month commission.
Matric, healthy, being very presentable and well spoken in English is the basic requirements.
