Description:

1. Procurement & Order Management

  • Raise purchase orders from requisitions or Bills of Materials (BOM).

  • Ensure suppliers receive correct specifications for accurate deliveries.

  • Expedite orders to meet production or project deadlines.

2. Supplier Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing suppliers and seek new vendors when needed.

  • Resolve issues related to pricing, quality, and deliveries.

  • Keep accurate procurement records and ensure supplier compliance.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to align demand and supply.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

4. Cost Estimation & Budgeting

  • Source competitive pricing for project planning and tenders.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve maximum value.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a buying/procurement role.

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry with a technical background .

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with purchasing/ERP systems (Evo system experience advantageous).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a buying/procurement role.

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry with a technical background .

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
