Duties and Responsibilities:
- A university degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of practical experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering projects OTIF in line with professional project management principles.
- Experience in Mechanical Design in a production environment.
- Experience in Industrial automation and electrical control systems is advantageous.
- Experience in pneumatic system design is advantageous.
- A good understanding of Manufacturing Processes is advantageous.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Design and CAD skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Hands-on approach and enjoy being involved in the practical aspects of the project.
- Takes calculated risk (not risk averse) with well-thought-out plans.
