Description:
We are a Property Maintenance company situated in Burgundy Estate. We are seeking a handyman for our maintenance position. The person must be familiar with general contracting and renovating works.
Must have the following experience:
· Painting
· Plumbing (General Knowledge)
· Electrical (General Knowledge)
· Tiling
· Ceiling Work
· Skimming and Plastering
· Carpeting
· Must have experience in maintenance
· Must be able to work in a team
· Be a team leader
· Manage 1 staff member
· Able to follow and give orders
· Be a problem solver
· Must have a code 8 license
