Description:
Purpose of the role: To manage and oversee all ATM operations within the region, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs, accurate reporting, and strong client relationships. The role focuses on staff development, succession planning, and operational efficiency through regular audits and proactive issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- PSiRA Grade B and CIT certificate.
- Valid drivers license.
- Reliable own transport.
- Firearm competency.
- Matric.
Experience and other competencies required:
- Min 5 years ATM operational experience.
- Min 5 years management experience.
- Knowledge of recons.
Key Performance Areas:
- Take ownership of the regions ATM operation.
- Ensure effective reporting to both HQ and the clients.
- Build a working relationship with our clients.
- Ensure there is succession plans in place at all branches in the ATM department.
- Ensure all ATM staff is trained, and their skills is continually improved.
- Ensure accurate reporting in all ATM equipment.
- Perform regular self-audits to ensure SOP and SLA compliance.
- Investigate shortages and ensure dockets submitted is of a high quality.
