Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in auditing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Develop and manage annual budgets for various departments and projects
- Create financial forecasts to help guide decision-making and strategic planning
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
