Description:
We are currently seeking for Customer Service Agents with experience in both domestic and international courier. The ideal candidates will possess solid knowledge of import and export procedures, demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling key accounts and daily service delivery operations.
- Manage incoming communications and assist customers with their queries and requests.
- Book collections, assign to relevent route driver and ensure timely collection of all booked shipments.
- Conduct cold calling, telesales to support client retention and re-engage past clients; carry out surveys to monitor stationery stock levels at client sites; and provide training and refresher sessions on our booking system to ensure clients are fully supported.
- Monitor all deliveries providing updates and tracking shipment progress.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Handle complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions within time constraints and ensuring follow-up until resolution is achieved.
- Capture and update customer information in the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up, checking in with clients after delivery to confirm satisfaction and address any residual concerns. Desired Experience & Qualification

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good understanding of import/export processes and relevant documentation
- Familiarity with both international shipping and domestic courier services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/customer service software
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the logistics, freight, or courier industry
