Key Responsibilities:

Actively sell signage services and products to new and existing clients.

Take accurate measurements during site visits.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular follow-up and professional service.

Analyze client needs and offer suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
-
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Manage your own sales pipeline and client portfolio.
-
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

Schedule and attend client visits and site inspections.
-
Handle after-sales service and client queries professionally.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales and customer service (experience in the signage, graphics, or printing industry is a plus).

Matric certificate (Grade 12).

Excellent communication and listening skills.
-
Client-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
-
Strong administrative and time management skills.
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to take measurements and visit client sites.
