Responsibilities:

Support and guide a small office team

Ensure sales enquiries and support tickets are handled timeously and professionally

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and support the senior bookkeeper

Manage calendars, meetings, and daily admin

Implement and maintain office procedures

Coordinate between internal departments

Proactively suggest improvements to boost efficiency
Requirements:

Experience in office administration or junior bookkeeping
-
Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, task management systems)

Knowledge of Pastel or similar accounting software
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Experience with sales or customer service is a plus
