Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, uphold the visual and operational excellence of the showroom, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve showroom sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Oversee daily showroom operations, merchandising, and presentation

Lead, support, and motivate showroom staff

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Handle client queries and build long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
-
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field (advantageous)

Minimum 5 years’ retail sales experience, ideally in a décor/lifestyle brand
-
At least 2 years’ experience in managing a team

Strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills
-
Outgoing, self-motivated, and sales-driven personality
-
Passion for interiors, colour, and design
