Introduction
A premium décor and lifestyle brand is opening a brand-new showroom in Paarl and is looking for a passionate and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the team. If you're a dynamic individual with a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a love for interiors, this could be your dream role!

Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, uphold the visual and operational excellence of the showroom, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve showroom sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, merchandising, and presentation

  • Lead, support, and motivate showroom staff

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Handle client queries and build long-lasting customer relationships

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field (advantageous)

  • Minimum 5 years’ retail sales experience, ideally in a décor/lifestyle brand

  • At least 2 years’ experience in managing a team

  • Strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills

  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and sales-driven personality

  • Passion for interiors, colour, and design
