A leading Wealth Management company is seeking an experienced Paraplanner with strong experience in financial planning processes, investment vehicles, and regulatory compliance to join their team in Somerset West . This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to provide comprehensive support to high-net-worth clients and contribute to the automation of office processes. Responsibilities:
- Support Head of Wealth and assistant.
- Manage 50 high-net-worth clients.
- Prepare client proposals and financial plans.
- Assist with analysis, estate plans, and risk quotes.
- Draft client advice records, annual reviews, and correspondence.
- Record meeting minutes and manage deliverable timelines.
- Execute client projects and address queries.
- Maintain records and assist with process automation.
- Train administrative staff.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paraplanner, specifically with case preparation, or significant exposure to Records of Advice, Financial Needs Analysis, and industry compliance.
- Completion of Regulatory Exam 5.
- A BCom or equivalent qualification/degree.
- High-level financial industry and tax technical knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
