A dynamic and hands-on Team Lead to support and guide their telecommunications operations team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating daily technical activities, ensuring service excellence, and driving team performance in alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor daily field technician schedules and task execution
• Serve as the first point of escalation for service issues, delays, or technical challenges
• Oversee timely resolution of service tickets in line with SLA expectations
• Communicate regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with logistics for inventory and equipment dispatch
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations across all active sites
• Generate reports on team performance, KPIs, and project status for senior management
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Knowledge
• National Diploma in Telecommunications, IT, or Electrical Engineering
• Project coordination or supervisory training (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license (required for field-based work)
• Foundational understanding of Fibre, Wireless, and/or VoIP networks
• Health & Safety certification is a strong advantage
Experience
• 1–3 years’ experience in telecommunications or technical support
• Exposure to service delivery, fault logging, and SLA
