Qualifications:
MCP, MCSE or MCITP A+ and N+ CCNA ITIL Certification Matric / Grade 12
Requirements:
35 years of hands-on IT infrastructure administration experience Microsoft Azure and O365 experience Routing, VLANs, firewalls, and WAN link management Strong information security knowledge (e.g., endpoint protection, and IPS) Proven experience with IT operations, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Familiar with VoIP and PABX systems Comfortable with both Microsoft and Linux environments
KPAs:
Administer and optimize infrastructure systems (servers, networks, and security) Monitor and manage WAN/LAN and service provider links Maintain governance, process documentation, and compliance standards Design and transition IT systems for new projects Manage the full IT incident management lifecycle Own security practices, including anti-virus, endpoint protection, and firewall policies Document network diagrams and operational process flows
