We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional service, strong team leadership skills, and a solid understanding of F&B standards in a luxury setting.ð Location: Limpopo (Live-in Position)ð¼ Employment Type: Full-timeð¡ Live-in with meals and utilities includedð Job Purpose:The Assistant F&B Manager works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all dining venues. This includes overseeing service delivery, maintaining high guest satisfaction, managing staff performance, and supporting inventory and financial controls.

â Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and events
  • Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction
  • Train, schedule, and lead F&B staff to uphold service standards
  • Assist with stock control, orders, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
  • Support the planning and execution of events, functions, and special dining experiences
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow
  • Monitor cost control and assist in managing departmental budgets

ð Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star environment
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in POS systems and MS Office
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
