About the Role:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and reliable Administrative Assistant to act as an “all-rounder” and assist with their property and movable goods auctions. The ideal candidate is an organized, self-driven go-getter who works well with people at all levels and can perform well under pressure. This person will be involved in daily administration and providing general support to the admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

  • Assist with auction preparations and logistics.

  • Handle client inquiries and ensure a professional, client-focused approach.

  • Manage data entry and assist with CRM systems.

  • Perform other duties as required by the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent; administrative training is advantageous.

  • Excellent people skills – friendly, professional, and client-focused.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office/CRM systems). Experience with programs like CMA, Windeed, and Searchworks is a plus.

  • High level of organization , reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Self-motivated with a “hands-on” approach.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).

  • Basic graphic design experience is an advantage.

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative position.

  • Experience in the property industry is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer skills.
