Description:
Job description- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Managing cleaning staff, staff room, boardroom and reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
