Job description
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Managing cleaning staff, staff room, boardroom and reception area.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: R5 000,00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

      Experience:
