The main role of the position:
The role involves securing new business within the Distribution market by meeting set sales targets and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include prospecting, client relationship management, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. The position also requires competitor and industry analysis, supporting tender/proposal processes, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. Additional duties include mentoring junior staff, maintaining client records, managing debtors, and using the CRM system efficiently. Meeting KPIs and representing the brand professionally are essential.
