- MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Parcel Perfect billing system
- Minimum of 5 years Customer Service/Sales experience in the Logistics Industry
- Exposure to Courier Systems, Products and Procedures (Parcel Perfect, etc)
