A well-known food manufacturing company in Cape Town, dedicated to serving caterers, bakers, and food enthusiasts, is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their team of devoted bakers and buyers who are always at the forefront of new baking techniques.
Key Duties:
· Handle all inbound sales queries and orders.
· Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
· Verify orders, including customer details and payment information.
· Capture data into our internal computer system.
· Provide quotes to existing and potential clients.
· Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times.
· Accurately invoice clients.
· Expedite orders through internal coordination.
· Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
· Maintain and update sales and customer records.
· Support the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

· 2+ years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
· Ability to perform under pressure.
· A driver’s license with reliable transport is advantageous.
