As a Client Success and Migration Specialist , you’ll take ownership of onboarding and supporting clients on the company’s platform. Your role will blend technical data work , client communication , and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain exposure to global clients , C-suite teams , and a wide variety of share plan structures.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Strong foundation in finance with a passion for structured problem-solving
Confident communicator who can manage client expectations and lead conversations
Self-starter attitude with a commitment to excellence
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for data accuracy and process improvement
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, or equivalent.
Completed degree in Finance , Accounting , Commerce , or Mathematics with strong academic performance.
Advanced Excel skills and strong technical financial knowledge .
Excellent client communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Organised , deadline-driven , and able to work both independently and in teams.
Comfortable leading meetings and managing client queries.
Highly advantageous:
Qualified CA(SA) with recently completed articles or 1–2 years post-articles.
Qualified CFA (Level 1, 2, or 3).
Experience in VBA or other basic coding .
Key Responsibilities:
Own the client onboarding process , ensuring seamless data migrations and platform setup.
Implement and advise on t echnical aspects of the share plan platform.
Manage award processes , broker communications , and trading events .
Respond to IFRS 2 and equity plan queries with confidence and technical insight.
Deliver user training and ongoing support to clients.
Build strong relationships and become the go-to expert for your accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features and client experience.
