Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Partner Account Executives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen partnerships with accounting, payroll, and HR software providers (e.g., Pastel, SAGE, QuickBooks, Micros).
-
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
-
Monitor partner performance and provide coaching, support, and tools to optimize success.
-
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance partner and customer experiences.
-
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to inform strategy.
-
Prepare and present regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B software sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead, sales manager, or partner manager role.
-
Demonstrated success in the accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or HR tech industry preferred.
-
Deep understanding of the software ecosystem in South Africa (Pastel, SAGE, Micros, QuickBooks, etc.).
-
Strong leadership and team development skills.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (advantageous but not essential).
