Description:
An established manufacturing company in the FMCG sector is seeking a skilled ISO Compliance Office r to oversee and maintain their quality and food safety systems in Elandsfontein, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to ISO 22000 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, coordinating internal and external audits, and training staff on relevant compliance and quality protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve ISO 22000 and ISO 9001:2015 systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
- Deliver training sessions to staff on food safety, quality systems, and compliance protocols.
- Monitor and document quality metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement processes within the quality system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of working with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Hands-on experience with audits and CAPA processes.
- Training delivery and staff engagement in quality/compliance topics.
- Diploma or Degree in Quality, Food Science, or a related field.
- Lead Auditor Certification (essential).
