Job Description
- This role requires a strong technical background and experience, with a minimum of 5 years track record in a similar role.
- The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering managed services to our clients and, also implementing and supporting new technology projects.
- This role will work closely with our Engineering lead, who is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the IT services infrastructure that supports customers and the business.
- Although this role forms part of a team, the role requires a dynamic individual who has the experience and maturity to self-manage and to set their own work tasks based on the business requirements and priorities.
- The successful candidate will ideally become a long-term member of the team and participate in the fortunes of the business in the long term.
- This role is based in Cape Town but will require occasional travel to our offices and clients in Johannesburg.
