Key Responsibilities
Manage allocated client portfolio and resolve all related queries. Coordinate maintenance, draft correspondence, and ensure compliance of Trustees and Body Corporates. Review monthly financial reports and distribute to clients within 10 working days. Assist in preparing and reviewing community scheme budgets. Verify audited financials and arrange AGMs within 4 months of year-end. Attend Scheme Executive meetings and AGMs as required. Travel for meetings when necessary Draft and distribute accurate minutes within 10 working days of meetings. Stay updated with current Sectional Title legislation to provide sound advice. Follow up on meeting action items and maintain updated records. Ensure prompt responses to queries (within 24 hours). Contribute to client retention and portfolio growth. Foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Update online portals regularly. Work additional hours when necessary and comply with company policies.Minimum Requirements
Experience in Community Scheme Management Own reliable transport and valid drivers license Proficient in Microsoft Office Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently Deadline-oriented and client-focused
