Qualifications and Experience:Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star establishment. Proven track record in managing multi-outlet F&B operations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control. Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairing. Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems, stock management software). Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to work under pressure and handle complaints diplomatically. Passionate about hospitality and service excellence.
