Duties and Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders. Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Support project management functions, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Perform gap analysis and propose practical, effective solutions. Develop business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to support new initiatives. Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to align solutions with business goals. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test plans and test case development. Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Provide post-implementation support and assess solution impact. Assist with strategic planning, change management, and training initiatives. Evaluate vendor solutions and contribute to RFP/RFI processes. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies during implementation. Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Solid understanding of business process modelling and improvement techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA). Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP. Behavioural Competencies
