We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the FMCG sector, committed to delivering excellent service to our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Call Center Agent with strong data capturing skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and update customer information accurately into the system

Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of all client records

Provide accurate product and service information to clients

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize time and work effectively.

Strong people skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Highly motivated, confident communicator with the ability to engage with people at all levels.

Pays attention to detail and displays a high level of integrity.

Able to multi-task and is deadline orientated.

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Innovative and creative, able to see new opportunities.

Reflective and open to learning.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (essential)

Minimum 1 year of call center experience

Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and data capturing systems

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
