        • Accounting functions up to trial balance, including supporting schedules.
        • Review of capturing done by debtors and creditors administrators
        • Payroll Calculations; capture on Simple Pay (system)
        • Monthly processing of credit cards and reporting on credit card spending.
        • Weekly stock counts
        • Reconciliations and investigating variances.
        • Calculating and processing on internal sales invoices for inter-company recharges, including management fees.
        • Reconciliation of inter-company loans.
        • Compiling and keeping fixed assets registers up to date (disposals and acquisitions)
        • Review and analysis of salary related accounts.
        • Reconciling supplier accounts
