Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make professional calls to UK businesses, build rapport, and secure appointments.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for appointments and qualified leads.

CRM Management: Accurately update the CRM with all interaction details.

Product Familiarity: Stay informed about our services to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with colleagues for seamless lead handovers.

Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on metrics, and identify opportunities to improve.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a B2B outbound call centre environment; UK campaign experience and appointment setting preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.

Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-led role.

Technical Competence: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other common digital tools.

Location: This is an in-office role; candidates must be able to commute to our call centre in Camperdown, KwaZulu-Natal.

Transport Support: Daily transport subsidy provided. Shuttle options available on specific routes.
Role Requirements

Education: Matric (Grade 12) required; further education advantageous.

Working Hours: Aligned with UK business hours, typically afternoon to evening shifts.

Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
Additional Role Details

Cold Calling: Experience in cold calling is required; tools, scripts, and guidance provided.
