Description:
- Export Logistics Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the movement of fruit from farms to packhouses and export terminals.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely export bookings.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, phytosanitary certificates, bill of lading).
- Supply Chain Management:
- Monitor cold chain compliance and temperature controls during transport and storage.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to align logistics with operational schedules.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international export regulations (DAFF, PPECB, Customs, etc.).
- Stay updated on market-specific import requirements and documentation standards.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, NAV).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of international freight processes and incoterms.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred.
