A leading financial services company is looking for an experienced Platform Specialist with strong experience in client services, preferably with LISP processes and products, to join their team in Cape Town . This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Platform Specialist to drive exceptional client satisfaction, build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with onboarding new advisers, assistants, and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and drive client and adviser events in the region.
  • Manage inquiries on products, systems, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Take responsibility for administrative correctness and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Actively engage with clients and advisers, providing support via email, in-person meetings, or telephonically.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client Services, External Platforms and Adviser Offices.
  • Resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Develop and implement crisis management procedures to minimize client dissatisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in client services in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of LISP processes and products.
  • Proficiency in technology and software used in the investment management industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
