Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical or production management qualification is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Controller, or similar role in a cabinetry, furniture, or related manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
