A well-established Digital agency based in Somerset West has an opportunity for a creative, organised and proactive Junior Digital Communication and Content Manager to join their young, dynamic team. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is essential Requirements:- Highly organised with great time and project management skills
- Experience in Meta business and other social platforms
- A confident communicator (client calls, team briefs, emailers, etc.)
- Experienced in creating and managing content calendars
- Digitally savvy with an understanding of trends, platforms, and engagement
- Collaborative, yet able to work independently when needed
- Full of fresh ideas, and ready to make an impact
- Basic copywriting and proofreading
- AI Experience
- Google and Meta AD management
- Social media scheduling tools
- Blog writing, SEO knowledge, or Mailchimp
- Canva, Photoshop, or briefing designers effectively
- Google Workspace, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Lead and manage the existing content and marketing team (and upload teams), ensuring alignment across channels, creative and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee strategy development and posting schedules for our internal social media channels as well as our smaller client accounts.
- Attend client meetings and build out client reports/presentations.
- Brief in-house designers and animators on creative requirements, ensuring all content aligns with their brand tone and objectives (we may at times need you to step in and help when a backlog occurs).
- Craft compelling and engaging copy for social posts, blog articles, newsletters, and contribute to SEO improvements.
- Ensure internal websites and our software are running optimally (working with the Imagine team).
- Recommending enhancements, identifying bugs, and coordinating fixes or upgrades with developers where possible.
- Optimise and streamline our client content request process using our CRM platform, whilst improving internal and external automation workflows.
- Develop content loops, creative campaign ideas, and content concepts for our core digital signage clients, mainly OK and Usave.
- Drive innovation across our existing product offerings by identifying new features, marketing ideas, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with developers on new enhancements.
- Create and maintain internal websites, marketing materials, brochures, pitch decks, and branded documents for Imagine and InteractiveMedia clients and products.
- Staying informed on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creative output remains relevant and competitive.
- Embrace AI tools (find new ones that could streamline functions and/or improve our client offering).
