Description:
Design & Creative Execution: Create compelling visuals for digital campaigns, websites, social media, emails, presentations, and online platforms
Translate briefs into on-brand, user-friendly designs meeting objectives and deadlines
UX/UI Design: Design intuitive digital interfaces (landing pages, microsites, app screens) focusing on usability, user flow, and conversion
Ensure responsive design across all devices
Brand Guardianship: Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all digital outputs
Contribute to evolving digital design standards
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and client teams Participate actively in brainstorms and feedback sessions
Digital Asset Management: Organize, label, and share design files efficiently using established processes
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2-4+ years proven experience as a Digital Designer within a fast-paced agency or creative environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise across platforms, showcasing creativity, versatility, and user-centric solutions
Technical Proficiency: Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Canva, or similar. Google Workspace
Design Fundamentals: Exceptional eye for design, layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. Meticulous attention to detail
UX/UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design best practices
Digital Savvy: Up-to-date with digital design trends, social media design requirements, and online engagement strategies. Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
