Description:
Education (Formal Qualification Required) Minimum:
- Matric.
- BA LLB or B Proc.
- Admitted Attorney with a minimum 5 years post admission experience.
- Experience in business law, property management, lease and other agreements, and other related areas.
- Knowledge of debt collection legislation and regulations.
- Strong legal research skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Able to make full use of Microsoft Office, MDA programmers and related Apps.
- Planning, Organising and Time Management.
- Excellent problem solving.
- Experience in Property Practitioners Act, Companies Act, Rental Housing Act, Deeds Registry Act, Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Consumer Protection Act, Protection of Personal Information Act, Financial Intelligence Act, Value Added Tax Act, National Credit Act, Debt Collections Act, Magistrate Court Act, National Energy Act

- Legal Contracts.
- Collections & Handovers.
- Legal Activities.
- Legal Advice.
- Management.
- Staff Management.
