Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for client relationships and market growth? Effective Sales and Merchandising is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in the KwaZulu-Natal region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales within the assigned KZN territory.
Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct regular store visits and ensure brand visibility and compliance.
Coordinate with merchandising teams to optimise in-store execution.
Drive promotional activities and product launches.
Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Sales: 3 to 4 years
- Fmcg Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Relationship Management At All Levels: 4 to 5 years
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a sales representative or similar role within the FMCG or retail sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Matric (Grade 12) is essential. Further studies in Sales/Marketing/Business will be advantageous.
Reside in or be willing to travel extensively across the KZN area.
