A top Real-Estate agency in Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community Manager to remotely manage a portfolio of complexes. As the successful candidate, you will ensure the community runs efficiently by providing exceptional client service, enforcing community rules, coordinating maintenance, and supporting the board with day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
Requirements:
Matric or tertiary education/qualification in a relevant industry with an ability to work from home.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sectional title and/or HOA property management.
Extensive knowledge of STSMA, CSOS and relevant property laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Zoom/MS Teams and property management software (WeconnectU).
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
A quiet and professional workspace
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
