Description:
1. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
Follow up on leads and quotations.
2. Sales Support
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product information.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
Support the external sales team with admin and coordination tasks.
3. Product Knowledge & Recommendations
Understand product features, pricing, and benefits.
Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs.
Stay up to date with new products and promotions.
4. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
Track and report on sales targets, KPIs, and customer feedback.
Analyze customer purchasing trends to identify upselling opportunities.
5. Collaboration
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts departments to fulfill orders.
Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns or customer outreach
Requirements:
Matric
2-5 years experience in a sales / internal sales position
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
