Description:
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
Shipping and Receiving
Oversee the receipt, inspection, and dispatch of goods.
Verify shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices).
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Staff Supervision
Supervise warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Warehouse Organization
Optimize space utilization and implement efficient storage systems.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
Organize workflow and layout for smooth operations.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, movement, and warehouse KPIs.
Maintain records of inventory, damages, and discrepancies.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Conduct safety drills and inspections.
Manage and report accidents or near-misses.
Requirements:
Matric
2–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
