Description:
To provide vital administrative support to warehouse, dispatch, and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information. This role is responsible for processing of documentation, coordinating dispatch activities, and handling accurate and timely invoicing. By supporting end-to-end logistics processes, the role helps maintain operational efficiency and delivers high standards of customer service.
· Matric with Mathematics and English
· Any degree/diploma that can reflect studies supporting to administration
· An understanding of the logistics environment
· 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
· 1-3 years of experience in the logistics environment
· A Valid unendorsed driver’s license, and own transport will be advantageous
· Demonstrated Strong administration skills
· Warehouse working awareness, understanding the process and identifying/targeting opportunities would be advantageous
· Customer service experience
