Description:
Main Job Purpose:The General Manager - Cape Town is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. The primary
purpose of this position is to lead, manage, and grow the Cape Town branch, overseeing a team of
professionals, including account managers, sales specialists, operational staff, and administrative
personnel.
The role focuses on driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring profitability while
maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Minimum Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. 10+ years of managerial experience, preferably in ICT or related sectors. Strong understanding of tender processes and government contract management. Proven track record in revenue generation and branch management.
Minimum Desired Experience
Extensive experience in managing client and operational portfolios. Proven success in sales, strategic planning, and financial management. Strong leadership and team development skills.
Minimum Desired Competencies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to develop and implement business plans. Proficiency in financial and operational management tools. Strong knowledge of ICT solutions and government tender regulations.
