All checks will be conducted upfront: ITC, Crim, sequestration, ID, Fraud, Matric, tertiary and 2 reference checks.

Key Responsibilities
Translate finance strategy into actionable plans for the business. Provide visionary leadership to the financial management team. Partner with executive stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues. Deliver insightful financial and non-financial reporting to drive decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes. Drive cost optimization and value-added financial services. Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with group policies. Manage and mentor a team of 4–10 direct and up to 50 indirect reports. Lead feasibility studies and financial input for strategic projects. Foster strong relationships across business units to support growth and innovation.Qualifications & Experience
Education: Postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Required) Experience: 8–10 years in financial or management accounting roles, with proven leadership experienceKey Competencies
