- Relevant Diploma or Certification in administration, IT, or project coordination
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (advantageous)
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Service Desk or scheduling tools experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an admin or scheduling role, ideally within an IT or technical team
- Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
KPAs:
- Coordinate and schedule IT resources for internal and client-facing projects
- Maintain team calendars, appointments, and project timelines
- Support procurement for and manage the IT asset inventory
- Collaborate closely with IT and project teams for resource allocation
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and ad hoc IT support tasks
- Ensure that systems run smoothly and help foster a culture of improvement
